Shipping
Please note: From December 28, 2024 to January 10, 2025 the only shipping option will be Canada Post. If you would prefer to have your order shipped via another domestic carrier, that option will be available again after January 10, 2025.
We ship using Canada Post at special discounted rates. You can choose expedited or express delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation and can track your parcel.
We also ship using a variety of domestic carriers (typically ICS or Canpar), you will see this option at checkout when it is available. They are very reliable and generally meet or do better than the shipping window promised. There is no express option however.
When possible, for small items, we offer shipping using standard mail service, this is a very low cost solution, but the packages cannot be tracked. Any shipping option under $5.00 will be sent lettermail without tracking.
Speedy Shipping! We ship all orders as quickly as possible. If there is some reason that there will be a shipping delay, we will be in touch via email.
